Senior IT Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on AI enablement, automation, digital modernization, and business process improvement within a complex enterprise environment.

This role will lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives, working across IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business opportunities into practical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Must Haves

8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.

Experience delivering

AI, automation, digital transformation, technology modernization , or similar emerging technology initiatives.

Experience working across business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.

Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, issues, and competing priorities.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and delivery skills.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with AI enablement or adoption within an enterprise environment.

Experience with generative AI, intelligent automation, data, analytics, or emerging technologies.

Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or other ERP/business systems.

Experience with business process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.

Experience working within Finance or another complex corporate business function.

PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.





Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
