About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team in Kimberley, operating under a hybrid work model. This position is crucial for overseeing and guiding key projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be instrumental in fostering collaboration among project teams and stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse projects within defined parameters.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budget.
- Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to all relevant stakeholders.




- Coordinate activities of project teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and collaboration.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management.
- Proven success in managing complex projects, ideally within the Kimberley area.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
