Our client is seeking aSenior Quality Assurance Test Lead to coordinate lead the test cycle for an SAP SuccessFactors implementation

This role requires to you be 100% in office in downtown Calgary. The contract is six months long to start with the high probability for extension.

Must Have

- Experience as a senior QA Test lead to plan and coordinating end-to-end testing lifecycle for an enterprise HCM/ERP implementation, from test planning and preparation through execution, defect resolution, go-live and hyper-care.
- Hands‑on experience leading Functional, System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance (UAT) test cycles.
- Hands‑on experience testing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
- Experience leading or coordinating payroll testing, including parallel testing between current and current payroll systems.
- Hands‑on experience using test management and defect tracking tools; experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards is preferred.
- Experience coordinating business SMEs, system integrators and cross-functional teams through testing and defect resolution

Nice to have:
- Experience testing integrations with downstream systems and validating data migration
- Experience working with a system integrator on a large HCM or ERP implementation
- Experience supporting go-live cutover, hypercare and sustainment
- Testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) or SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Experience in energy, pipeline or other regulated industries
