QA Test lead to plan and coordinating end-to-end testing lifecycle for an enterprise

HCM/ERP implementation , from test planning and preparation through execution, defect resolution, go-live and hyper-care. Hands‑on experience leading

Functional, System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance (UAT) test cycle s. Hands‑on experience testing multiple

SAP SuccessFactors modules , including Employee Central. Experience leading or coordinating payroll testing,

including parallel testing between current and new payroll systems. Hands‑on experience using test management and defect tracking tools ;

experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards is preferred.

Experience coordinating business SMEs, system integrators and cross-functional teams through testing and defect resolution Nice to have: Experience testing integrations with downstream systems and validating data migration Experience working with a system integrator on a large HCM or ERP implementation Experience supporting go-live cutover, hypercare and sustainment Testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) or SAP SuccessFactors certification Experience in energy,
