About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join their globally distributed team, working remotely from Kimberley . You will lead the design process from research and ideation through to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing, ensuring our applications are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into exceptional design solutions.

- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides,



and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Requirements

- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing extensive UI/UX design experience for digital products.

- Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

- Expert proficiency with design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively in a remote setting.
