In this dynamic role, you will play an important part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Promptly explicit dirty plates, glassware, and utensils, thoroughly sanitize surfaces, and efficiently reset tables.

· Keep server stations fully stocked with cutlery, side plates, glassware, linens, and other service supplies.

· Assist in keeping guest water glasses full.

· Polish cutlery and glassware.

· Bring all dirty dishware to the dish pit area.

· Assist with prepping garnishes and stocking supplies for the bar.

· Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.

· Follow all company policies and procedures.

· Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations.

· Complete opening, closing, and ongoing duties as required to maintain efficiency.

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn




- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or barista work is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper cleaning procedures is beneficial
- Hospitality or hotel experience can be an asset but is not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to develop their guest services expertise
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
