Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Assist in food preparation and plating under the guidance of kitchen staff to support smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Properly handle and store food items following safety protocols to prevent contamination
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards




- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning items
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and restaurant policies

Experience

- Previous experience in a Indian restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food safety standards, and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
