Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service




- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Understanding of food handling, safety, sanitation, and proper serving techniques
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest services that exceed expectations
