Alta Material Handling is currently looking for a full-time Service Administrator for our

Burlington, ON branch. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Job Duties:

Communicating effectively with peers, internal and external customers on the status of service work and all other related items Inputting the technicians time daily onto the work orders in the system as required for work order completion and payroll Completing and invoicing service orders in a timely manner

Inputting invoices into various customers systems/portals as required Inbound calls from customers regarding service invoice issues and resolution of complaints Arrange 3rd party services which include issuing purchase orders, receiving purchase orders and applying to service orders

Providing assistance to our dispatch office to take customer calls as backup Providing assistance to Service Manager when required Provide support and assistance on other tasks as they arise Skills:





High School Diploma College or additional certification is a definite asset English fluency and effective verbal and writing communication skills Knowledge and experience in Excel and other computers skills are a MUST Excellent communication skills and follow up on requests and task are a MUST Excellent work ethic Superior organizational skills and multitasking ability Experience in a similar position is an asset Robust technical and mechanical background in the automotive or forklift industry is an asset We do not require Canadian work experience for this role.

Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical

Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
