Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of automotive services and repairs to customers.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed on progress.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.




- Foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.

Experience

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales, with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
