IQ Resource Group is currently seeking a dependable and flexible team member to support both Shipping & Receiving and Production operations. This is a hands-on, hybrid position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, can shift priorities as needed, and understands the importance of keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Details

Wage: $17- $20 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: 6am-2pm or 7am- 3pm Monday-Friday

Location: Neenah, WI

Job Duties

- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials
- Prepare and stage outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation
- Keep product supplied in front of machines to support production flow
- Maintain and manage recycling gaylords
- Assist on the production floor when shipping tasks are caught up
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

- Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and production environments
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and stay on your feet throughout the shift
