About The Role Lee's Tire Company in Columbia, MO is looking for an experienced and driven Shop Foreman to lead our service team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep the shop running smoothly, efficiently, and safely every single day. If you take pride in your craft and love mentoring a team, we want to hear from you! Base salary of $50,000 plus commission

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and technician productivity
- Perform and supervise tire installation, balancing, rotation, and alignment services
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues, ensuring accurate and timely repairs
- Mentor, train, and evaluate shop technicians to maintain high performance standards
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with shop policies and procedures
- Coordinate with service advisors to manage scheduling and customer turnaround times
- Monitor shop equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functionality

Requirements





- 3+ years of automotive or tire service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of tire services, wheel alignments, and general automotive repair
- ASE certification(s) preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
