Full-Time Position

Certa Opportune Inc. is looking for a reliable, hands-on Sign Shop Production Employee to join our growing production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning different equipment, and being involved in the production of custom signs, graphics, displays, and fabricated products.

Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist with a variety of sign shop and production duties, including:

- Large-format print production
- Vinyl application and graphic finishing
- Laminating printed graphics
- Cutting, trimming, mounting, and finishing signs
- Operating digital cutting equipment
- Assisting with CNC routing
- Preparing substrates and materials for production
- Working with plastics, acrylic, PVC, aluminum composite, wood, and other sign materials
- Applying graphics to boards, panels, windows, and other surfaces
- Assisting with custom fabrication and assembly
- Packaging finished products for shipment
- Performing quality checks throughout the production process
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting other departments as required

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

- Is dependable and takes pride in their work
- Has good mechanical ability and enjoys hands-on work
- Can accurately read measurements and use basic measuring tools
- Pays close attention to detail
- Can follow production instructions and job specifications
- Is comfortable using hand and power tools
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn multiple machines and production processes
- Can safely lift and handle sheets, signs, and production materials




- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous experience in a sign shop, large-format printing, manufacturing, construction, woodworking, fabrication, or similar environment is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Experience with any of the following would be an additional asset:

- Large-format printers
- Laminators
- CNC routers
- Digital cutting tables
- Vinyl application
- Sign fabrication
- Acrylic or plastic fabrication
- Woodworking
- Adobe Illustrator or production software
