We are seeking Career Coaches to support a professional development and AI training project. You'll use your career coaching expertise to participate in realistic one-on-one conversations. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations.
- Provide guidance on career planning, job searches, interviews, and career transitions.
- Support professional development and workplace challenges.
- Use active listening, questioning, and strong communication skills.
- Adapt coaching to different career goals and professional backgrounds.
- Provide practical and supportive career guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversations.
