How you'll make an impact

As a Student, Credit Policy Analyst, you'll gain valuable hands‑on experience supporting FCC's Portfolio Risk Management team. You'll contribute to the administration and maintenance of lending forms, assist with credit policy and process management activities, support governance and documentation initiatives, and help facilitate the effective delivery of credit policy across the organization.



Your work will help the team manage operational priorities, support ongoing regulatory and policy initiatives, and improve the consistency and efficiency of credit risk processes.

You'll be part of a team that supports FCC's Portfolio and Credit Risk functions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain exposure to credit policy, process management, governance, and operational risk enablement activities. This role offers a unique chance to learn how lending policies, standards, forms and authorities work together to support prudent lending decisions and FCC's business objectives.

What you'll do

- Support the administration, maintenance and quality assurance of lending forms, templates and related documentation
- Assist with implementing and communicating updates to credit policies, standards, procedures and supporting guidance
- Help coordinate policy governance activities, including document reviews, version control, approvals and publication processes
- Assist with tracking action items, maintaining records and supporting project coordination activities related to Credit Risk Policy
- Support testing, validation and implementation activities associated with lending forms, processes and system enhancements',
