Groupe Dynamite, a Montréal-based fashion retailer, seeks a Talent Coordinator to drive the Talent Acquisition team’s operations. You will support candidates and employees from posting to onboarding, ensuring smooth processes and accurate records across HR operations.

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and liaise with managers and cross-functional teams to maintain productive recruitment, onboarding, and compliance workflows in a fast-paced retail environment.
