Our store specializes in Trading Card Games (Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering) and many other TCGs, RC cars, die-cast models, and Hot Wheels. We have a new growth strategy in place for Q4-2026 and beyond and would love to add a few like minded individuals to our team! Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Retail Sales Specialist / Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be working in multiple roles including but not limited to: Working with customers as a cashier, working on new product roll outs, assisting with our growth strategy, working directly with our CPA for entry level bookkeeping duties, assisting with inventory management and stock organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Welcome every guest, offer expert product recommendations, and share your enthusiasm for our hobby and gaming lines.
- Store Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process trade-ins for singles/cards if required.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Restock shelves, organize Hot Wheels and die-cast displays, manage TCG showcases, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new TCG set releases, trending games, and arriving hobby inventory to accurately answer customer questions.
- Bookkeeping: Entry level data entry guided by our CPA
- Growth Strategy: Assist with execution of our growth plan.

Qualifications
- Hobby Passion: Solid knowledge of at least two of our core categories (e.g., TCGs like Pokemon/MTG, D&D;/tabletop RPGs, board games, or RC/die-cast vehicles).




- Retail Experience: 1 years of customer service or retail experience is required.
- Communication Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with both hobby experts and newcomers.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using modern POS systems and inventory software.
- Availability: Adaptable schedule, including weekends and evenings when our weekly tournaments and game nights take place.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Bookkeeping: entry level bookkeeping course

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping Course Reccomened or minimum 1 year entry level Bookkeeping Experience
- Trading Card Game (pokemon, mtg, bandai): 3 years (required)

Language:

Pay: $17.50-$23.35 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 35.0 per week
