Hospital is looking for a part-time Integrated Coordinator of Pharmacy Operations to enhance the pharmacy services at RMH and HHHS. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring readiness for Ontario College of Pharmacists assessments by managing audits, documentation, and workflow standardization. It’s vital for improving patient care quality in our community. Key Responsibilities:

- Support dispensary operations coordination for RMH and HHHS
- Manage OCP readiness through audits and compliance tracking
- Ensure standardized pharmacy workflows across sites
- Analyze metrics to enhance operational planning
- Elevate workflow issues to pharmacy leadership Requirements:
- Regulated Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist in Ontario
- At least 5 years in hospital pharmacy
- Strong understanding of OCP regulations
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Leverage your pharmacy expertise at Ross Memorial Hospital and support vital healthcare operations.
