The Total Rewards

Specialist will be on a 12-month contract, responsible for managing Total Rewards requests, supporting compensation tasks, and implementing wellness initiatives. A solid understanding of HR practices and tools like Workday and ADP will enable you to efficiently serve Team Schein Members. Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily Total Rewards requests and employee service
- Execute benefits administration and audits
- Facilitate job-related leaves and workplace conditions
- Deliver wellness programs and monitor participation
- Document and analyze Total Rewards data and trends Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related area
- 2-4 years of relevant HR or Total Rewards experience
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems like Workday
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
