What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in the client experience and the overall success of our hospital.

You'll

- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Help guide pet owners through their veterinary journey
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Process payments, invoices, and billing information
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Support communication between clients and the veterinary team
- Assist with retail product sales and recommendations
- Perform administrative and clerical duties that keep the hospital running smoothly
- Help create a positive, efficient, and supportive environment for clients, patients, and teammates alike

Schedule

This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility available.
