Welder / Fabricator – Laser Welding Technician

Laser Weld Creation is looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Welder / Fabricator to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on position involving custom fabrication, welding, and repair work on a variety of metal components. The work is wide-ranging, and you'll have the chance to develop specialized skills in laser welding technology.

We are looking for someone who already has some welding or fabrication experience and is interested in learning something new. Previous laser welding experience is not required — we will train the right person.

What You'll Do

- Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on a variety of components
- Learn and operate laser welding equipment
- Perform TIG, MIG, and other welding processes as required
- Prepare, fit, weld, finish, and inspect parts
- Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and other alloys
- Read and work from drawings and measurements
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Measure parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
- Help troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work area
- Work as part of a small team where everyone contributes to getting the job done

What We're Looking For
- Previous welding or fabrication experience
- TIG welding experience is an asset
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Able to read basic drawings and accurately measure parts
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently while also working well with a small team
- Comfortable learning new machinery and technology

Laser welding experience is not required. Training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for a welder or fabricator who wants to expand their skill set and learn a specialized technology while working on real-world repair and fabrication projects.

Full-time position with opportunities to develop additional skills and responsibilities as you gain experience.

Pay: $20.49-$24.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
