We are seeking a Relief Youth Worker who can deliver client-centered care while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Your role will involve supervision and liaising with families and community partners to enhance youth engagement and support. This position emphasizes working from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed perspective. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct youth care in a congregate setting
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity
- Document and report on care activities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently
- Actively participate in the facility's operation Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Child & Youth Work
- Relevant experience in a similar setting preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification required
- Certification in managing aggressive behavior necessary
