Elevate Health YYC is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.

We opened our doors in July 2026 with a simple vision: to create a clinic where people don't just receive outstanding healthcare—they genuinely enjoy coming here. What You'll Do

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Elevate Health, you will:

- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals and needs
- Provide safe, effective, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments
- Educate clients on self-care strategies, stretching, movement, and injury prevention when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and professionalism
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that enhance the client experience
- Help foster a welcoming, positive clinic culture
- Build relationships with physicians, insurers, and community partners when appropriate

Qualifications

Required:

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage association
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent assessment and treatment skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong commitment to client-centred care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Assets:

- Experience treating sports injuries, chronic pain, or post-surgical rehabilitation
- Cupping therapy certification
- Hot stone massage certification
- Myofascial release training
- Prenatal massage experience
- Oncology massage training
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic
- Interest in wellness education,
