Legal Administrative Assistant – Penticton, BC Part-Time, Permanent | In-Office | $22.00–$26.00/hr

We're a Penticton law firm serving clients across the South Okanagan, offering dependable legal service in a skilled, collegial office. We're looking for a part-time organized, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly — from greeting clients to managing files from open to close.

You'll:

- Be the friendly first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
- Set up, organize, and close physical/electronic client files
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents
- Manage lawyer schedules, limitation dates, and appointments
- Support billing: time entry, invoicing, and trust transactions

You have:





- 2-3 years of legal office experience or an LAA certificate is required
- Solid MS Office skills; LEAP or BC corporate registry experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong written/verbal English communication
- A strong commitment to confidentiality
