Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in a private residential home care setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care, empathy, and professionalism. Household has a year old pup.

Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Provide care including medication administration, and health monitoring under supervision or as trained
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
- Support clients with mobility challenges through heavy lifting and transfer assistance using proper techniques
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members




- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety and health

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities, and caregiving best practices is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Clear command of the English language
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
- Regular shifts will be 3 to 4 8 hour days 9 - 5, 10 - 6, 11 - 7 Monday/Thursday/ Saturday/Sunday flexibility to cover shifts
- 4 sleep shifts
