For over 25 years, Coyote Ventures has been the Winnipeg area’s trusted commercial snow clearing and removal expert, helping local businesses keep their facilities safe and accessible through even the harshest Prairie winters.

Our modern fleet includes front-end loaders, skid steers, sanders, bobcats, and dump trailers, all equipped with GPS tracking to ensure efficiency. We also use advanced weather forecasting technology so we can respond quickly and reliably to every snowfall.

We are currently hiring motivated, dependable individuals for the 2026–2027 winter season (November–March) in the following roles:

- Skid Steer Operators
- Plow Truck Drivers
- Class 1 Licensed Truck Drivers

What You’ll Do

- Safely operate equipment to transparent snow and haul loads as directed
- Work primarily overnight shifts, with availability for weekends and holidays as required
- Respond on short notice to weather events




- Ensure safety standards are followed while maintaining efficiency

What We’re Looking For

- Motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work
- Previous equipment operation or snow removal experience (an asset, but not required)
- Valid driver’s license (Class 1 required for truck drivers)
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter conditions
