Your new role

As Junior Superintendent, you will support the successful delivery of a 6-storey wood-frame apartment project from structure through occupancy. Working closely with the Site Superintendent, you will assist with coordinating trades, monitoring quality and safety standards, managing site logistics, and ensuring construction activities remain on schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

- 2-5 years of residential construction experience, ideally within multi-family or wood-frame construction.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Field Coordinator, Lead Carpenter, or similar role.
- Knowledge of wood-frame apartment construction and residential building practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.




- Robust communication and relationship-building skills with trades and consultants.
- Understanding of Alberta building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Highly organized with robust problem-solving abilities.
- A desire to progress into a full Superintendent role and build a long-term career in construction leadership.
