CarePartners in Tillsonburg, Ontario, is seeking Team Coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling of PSWs, nurses and therapists and to maintain clear communication between patients, families and staff.
You will coordinate service schedules, inform workers of assignments and changes, and manage routine referrals while delivering excellent administrative support. We offer full time and part-time roles with day, afternoon and evening shifts, including every other weekend for part-time staff.
