• Assist with daily personal care for residents
• React effectively to resident care emergencies
• Input care records into health management software
• Follow established fire, health, and safety guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with residents and team
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker certificate is mandatory
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols
• Solid verbal and written skills
• Availability for shift work, including weekends
