This role will support the Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination and administration of projects, ensuring activities, resources, and deliverables remain on track. Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, activities, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate project resources, assignments, onboarding, and scheduling Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items Organize project meetings, prepare notes, and follow up on outstanding actions Coordinate communication between clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports Track project hours, resource utilization, and billing-related information Escalate project issues, delays,
