Over a two-year period, you will work toward becoming fully licensed while completing required training courses some outside regular business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations for assigned condominium communitiesCoordinate maintenance and repairs to help ensure properties are well maintained and aligned with governing documents, rules, and applicable requirementsLiaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues promptlyProperty operationsAssist with developing and managing annual budgets for condominium corporationsReview invoices and support approvals in accordance with internal processesReview and interpret monthly financial statementsFinancial managementServe as a point of contact for residents and service providers, responding to inquiries and concernsSupport clear, timely communication with residents (including through the community website,
