The right person will have the experience to handle floor and carpet work properly while also being willing to take on different assignments as needs change.What You'll DoStrip, wax, polish, refinish, and restore commercial flooringPerform commercial carpet cleaning and extraction, including spot and stain treatmentOperate and maintain commercial floor-care and carpet-cleaning equipmentHandle special projects and other hands-on building services at client locationsWork independently and manage assigned work effectivelyProvide coverage for other team members when requiredTake proper care of company tools, equipment, phone, and vehicleRepresent our company professionally at client locationsSchedule & FlexibilityFlexibility is an important part of this position.Floor refinishing, carpet cleaning, and special projects often need to be completed outside of our clients' regular operating hours. As a result, evening and weekend work will be required depending on project schedules.You may also occasionally need to adjust your schedule or responsibilities to provide coverage when another team member is away.In return for that flexibility, this is a full-time,
