Actively support participants as an Overnight Safety Monitor at the Wellbriety Centre in Thompson, MB. This full-time role is vital for ensuring a protected and welcoming environment during overnight shifts.Reporting to the Program Coordinator, your primary focus will be on the emotional welfare and safety of the Centre's participants. You'll handle incidents calmly, communicate effectively with management, and participate in ongoing training.
