Your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients and their pets feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated.ResponsibilitiesCreate a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parentsAssist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments when requiredAnswer a multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectivelyPlace outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookingsRespond to and manage email correspondence with clients, referring veterinarians, and internal office messagesAdmit and discharge pet patientsInvoicing and billing; create estimates, obtain pet owner confirmation,
