You'll develop Welding Procedure Specifications and maintain Qualification Records while programming robotic welding cells to enhance production efficiency.
Your ability to thrive in a resource-conscious environment will help drive quality improvements across operations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct welder certification testing and documentationDevelop and manage Welding Procedure Qualification RecordsOptimize robotic weld cells in coordination with techniciansTrain associates on effective welding proceduresSupport Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvementsRequirements:Technical qualification in welding with a minimum of a 2-year degree3–5 years of fabrication manufacturing experienceCertified Welder (CW) or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)Robust knowledge of GMAW and GTAW welding processesProficient in interpreting blueprints and technical documentationShape the future of welding processes within our fabrication projects and initiatives.
