You will monitor security systems, coordinate security personnel, and support emergency response activities.Monitor and operate access control, CCTV, fire and life safety systemsDispatch and coordinate security personnel and calls for serviceOperate two-way radios and manage communicationsCoordinate emergency response and incident managementMonitor alarms, incidents, and suspicious activitiesMaintain logs, records, and incident documentationReview CCTV and access control reports as requiredRespond to incoming calls, emails, and security inquiriesIssue visitor, contractor, and access badgesProvide excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and contractorsSupport and direct security personnel during routine and emergency situationsThis site is a Government of Ontario Building.QUALIFICATIONS:Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED CertificationPost-secondary education in Security, Law, Criminal Justice, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of security experience in a commercial, institutional,
