The Maintenance Technician may be sole operator of a building of modest size and level complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands.What You Will DoScheduled preventative maintenance.Occupational health and safety.Interact with Tenants.Management of hazardous materials.Lighting and plumbing.Roof maintenance.Housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, snow shoveling, pressure washing, window washing and other related duties.The Maintenance Technician Level 2 requires a reasonably broad base of skills, attributes, and knowledgeSimple administrative skills and ensure operations records, files and documentation are maintained accurately, timely and in accordance with established procedures.SustainabilityEmbrace and pro-actively support BGO's culture of environmental sustainability,
