This part-time role focuses on governance and effective administrative support for the Board and CEO.As a key partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination among the Board of Directors and committees. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in managing confidential information. Work remotely while making significant contributions to organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality administrative support to leadershipManage calendars, meetings,



and key documentsFacilitate logistics for Board meetings and maintain governance recordsServe as a primary contact for Board members and stakeholdersRecommend and implement improvements to administrative processesRequirements:3-5 years of experience in executive assistant positionsPost-secondary education in Business Administration or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExperience in a non-profit or governance environment considered an assetBring your expertise in administration and governance to MedicAlert and help the organization thrive!
