OverviewWorking on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This role is a fixed‑term contract, ending on December31,2026.ResponsibilitiesOpen and review new accounts in the Dataphile environment in a timely manner.Support a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities.Manage routine and complex account updates across multiple systems, ensuring documents are in good order and comply with internal and regulatory industry requirements.Provide clear instructions to clients regarding any deficiencies to ensure an effortless experience.QualificationsPost‑secondary education or equivalent work experience.One to two years of experience in the financial services industry.Familiarity with various account types, including Non‑Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint, etc.) and Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs,
