Simaril is looking for dedicated individuals for Outreach Support Mentor roles, available in both full time and part-time capacities. As a mentor, you will work closely with people in Supported Independent Living and Respite programs, helping them build life skills, access healthcare, and engage with community resources. Your efforts will foster empowerment and independence in each person's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in daily living skills and community involvement
• Develop and implement support plans collaboratively




• Aid clients in attending appointments and accessing services
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Keep detailed records to guide effective support
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; higher education advantageous
• 2 years supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong advocacy and problem-solving skills
• Required driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
• Must be adaptable to client schedules and needs
