Working closely with the Social Purpose Real Estate team, you will gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, commercial lending, credit analysis, borrower monitoring, and climate reporting activities. This role provides exposure to social purpose real estate financing while helping support annual reviews, loan renewals, property inspections, and business reporting. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and results-oriented student with an interest in commercial real estate, finance, and social impact investing.This is a Full-time, 4-Month Internship role starting in September based at our Toronto office and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Commercial Real Estate. This role is fully on-site and requires 4-5 days per week in the office.How You'll Make an Impact:Supporting ongoing portfolio management by coordinating client requests for information related to annual loan reviews and loan renewalsTracking borrower reporting requirements and ensuring timely submission of required documentationCoordinating and performing annual property site visits across the Social Purpose Real Estate portfolioAssisting with annual loan review activities by reviewing client financial information and supporting credit risk assessment processesReviewing covenant compliance, client risk assessments, and business sustainability informationSupporting the collection, analysis,
