About the Role:Technica Mining is currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our projects in Northern Ontario. Strong organizational and computer skills are considered assets for this role, and we encourage candidates who possess them to apply.The key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Analyzing reports, drawings, blueprints, tests and photographs for project planning and designPlanning, preparing and modifying reports, specifications, plans construction schedules, environmental impact studies and designs for the projectReviewing and assisting in the development of site plans and schedules on a weekly basisAttending daily line-up meetings and supporting Supervisors as requiredManaging and overseeing all material movement from surface to undergroundAssisting with scheduling all subcontractor workReviewing scopes of work and project drawings, developing methodologies and job step procedures for all work with assistance from Supervisors, Superintendents and Project ManagerEnsuring scheduled work has appropriate materials for scope, project and site specs for execution of quality standardsPayroll entry and cost allocationsQualificationsPost-secondary education in Mining Engineering Technology or B. Eng in Mining Engineering is considered an assetExperience in a mining, industrial, construction environment or manufacturing is preferredProficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD and tools such as MS Project, Moss, etc.Strong communication skills and ability to interact and engage with cross functional teamsDemonstrates initiative with the ability to prioritize,
