OverviewHumans of HR is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Greater Vancouver to hire an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across two operating facilities.This is a leadership role responsible for maintaining and strengthening an already established safety program. The organization has an active Health & Safety Committee and dedicated safety administrators at both locations. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and continue building a strong culture of workplace safety.This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on safety leader who thrives in operational environments and values building sustainable,



practical safety systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Health & Safety programs across two facilitiesPartner with the Plant Manager and operational leaders to drive safety initiativesChair and support the Joint Health & Safety Committee (monthly meetings)Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and applicable standardsOversee incident investigations and corrective actionsAnalyze safety metrics and identify trends for continuous improvementSupport training, education, and awareness initiatives across shiftsTravel between local sites as requiredWhat We're Looking For5+ years of progressive Health & Safety leadership experienceExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulationsProven ability to work collaboratively with operations and shop-floor teamsExperience managing safety programs across multiple sites is an assetStrong communication and leadership skills
