We give historic classics a up-to-date spinThe Team Lead partners and works with the Store Manager to achieve overall sales budgets and operating practices. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term store goals in line with the company vision and values.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales to meet store budgetDisplay initiative in looking for opportunities to increase salesResponsible for driving sales results by meeting and surpassing corporate productivity standards, and motivating the sales team to increase store salesPerforms all opening and closing procedures as per standards and guidelinesResponsible for meeting and surpassing sales budgets while the Manager on DutySupport the SM in the training and transition of new employeesEnsures the cash desk area and fitting room processes and controls are adhered to and followedLeads by example to orchestrate the store staff to accomplish daily priorities and workloadEnsures markdowns are processed correctly and merchandised effectively as per standards and direction by partnering with the management teamCommunicates successes, opportunities, and solutions to ManagementUnderstands, practices, and complies with all company policies and proceduresProvides a compelling store environment through leading by example, inspiring the team and interacting with customersProactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departmentsRequired Experience and Qualifications1-2 years of retail management experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsPlanning, prioritizing and follow-up skillsAccurately assess talent and ability to coach, provide feedback and develop a high-performing teamDemonstrate a passion for customer service and lead a positive work environmentAbility to resolve conflict situations in a proactive and professional mannerOpen availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, store openings and closings to meet the needs of the business.What we provide:Merchandise discountOpportunity for learning and growthJob Type and Schedule:Both full-time and Part-time, PermanentJob Location: 13850 Steels Avenue, Halton Hills, ON L7G 0J1We thank all the applicants for their interest.
