As a Nursery and Greenhouse Labourer at Quik’s Farm, you will be integral to our operations specializing in cut flower production. The role includes a variety of responsibilities, from harvesting and planting to maintaining growing conditions. A solid work ethic is necessary, along with the ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct harvesting and bunching of flower crops
• Collaborate with teams to complete production orders
• Plant and care for indoor and outdoor crops
• Maintain cleanliness throughout production areas
• Engage in ongoing crop maintenance activities
Requirements:
• No formal qualifications needed
• Ability to lift weights up to 23 kg
• Experience in similar roles is beneficial
• Willingness to work in changing climates
• Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts
