Position DescriptionTerrafix is looking for a customer oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for playing a key role in identifying opportunities to cultivate current business and support existing relationships. This person will learn about our business from the ground up, interact with key players in the industry, and can grow within the organization.This Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director of Sales, Western Canada and will be based out of our Surrey, BC office.Key ResponsibilitiesContacting potential clients, identifying key contacts and sourcing new business via email and phone callsConducting follow-up calls on existing customers to understand their needsCreating opportunities with complete information in the CRMMaintaining accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM and providing weekly reporting as outlined by the ManagerSupporting marketing efforts and attending trade shows as requiredRequired Skills & KnowledgeExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills – written,
