Under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager, your role entails providing essential care based on individual needs while fostering a secure and nurturing atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in continuous quality improvement practices
• Collaborate in developing individualized care strategies
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Assist in daily living tasks while honoring choices
• Monitor and document changes in resident health
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Certified Health Care Aide or PSW program
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Experience working with elderly preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
