You'll help craft high impact digital products that solve real‐world business problems, from AI tools to complex data dashboards.At Osedea, design plays a strategic role. You'll lead the end‐to‐end design process, from framing user and business problems to delivering high‐fidelity solutions alongside developers.You'll thrive in this role if you work efficiently and independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and bring strategic thinking to client challenges. We're a cooperative team, so being a team player and contributing to the growth of our design practice is just as important as your individual skills.Your key responsibilitiesTake ownership of design work across diverse client projects, from discovery to deliveryLead and facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other design and user research activitiesTranslate insights into journey maps, wireframes, mockups,
