Applicants can expect to join a passionate environment where sport, customer support, and growth are closely connected.Job DescriptionAs a Racquet Service Specialistyou will work hands-on with customer racquets, providing stringing, grip installation, and basic racquet maintenance to help players perform at their best. In addition to racquet service, you will interact with customers in-store to recommend strings, grips,



and other equipment that improve their playing experience.This role is ideal for experienced stringers or detail-oriented individuals who enjoy racquet sports and want to develop both technical service skills and retail sales experience in a fast-paced specialty sports workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesString tennis, squash, and badminton racquets accurately and efficientlyApply replacement grips and overgrips and perform basic racquet maintenanceLog and track stringing jobs in the service systemMaintain cleanliness and organization in the racquet service areaAssist customers in choosing appropriate strings, tensions, grips, and accessories based on their needsRecommend related products such as grips, strings, vibration dampeners, and racquet accessoriesSupport the sales team by answering product questions and assisting customers in-storeAssist with inventory organization for strings, grips, and service toolsRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience with racquet stringing preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)Strong manual dexterity and attention to detailInterest or familiarity with racquet sports such as tennis, pickleball, squash, badminton, padel, or table tennisComfortable interacting with customers and explaining service and equipment optionsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyRetail or customer service experience is considered an asset
