This opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality outpatient nursing care while supporting patients through assessment, treatment, education, and care coordination in a cooperative healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory Care setting.Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation.Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed.Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and minor procedures.Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation.Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and organizational policies and procedures.QualificationsActive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).Minimum of one year of recent Ambulatory Care, Outpatient, Primary Care,
